American fast-growing startup in the vacation rental services industry with a great culture and a team distributed in 3 countries.

We are looking to grow our User Experience team with a Senior User Experience Designer to help us satisfy our users' needs and goals with our product.

The Senior UX Designer is a key position and plays an integral role in the strategy, conception and design of our web and mobile product. You will work closely with our team of designers, developers, QA, and company founders with a high level of independence and flexibility.

This is a full-time position. We are looking for designers located in the metro area of the city of Buenos Aires. We have a hybrid schedule mixing time at a coworking space in Belgrano and remote work from home.

Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken) as all work is done in English.

What You Will Be Doing as Sr. UX Designer

• Understand product and user requirements and define design specifications.

• Translate insights from user research studies into tangible design recommendations.

• Brainstorm concepts for best-in-class user experiences.

• Generate deliverables such as Personas, User Flows, Journeys Maps and Sitemaps.

• Create design sketches, wireframes, workflows, and interactive prototypes to communicate your ideas.

• Propose multiple design solutions for complex problems.

• Design polished, high-quality interfaces for web and mobile apps.

• Collaborate to define the visual design language and document it in a cohesive Design System.

• Present design solutions clearly and effectively.

• Make recommendations for improvements, untapped opportunities and current pain points.

• Help our team decide the best solution providing real data based on A/B tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Graphic Design, Product/Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or other related fields.

• 5+ years of experience designing interactive products.

• Portfolio with samples of recent projects and your contributions (applicants without a portfolio will not be considered).

• Fluency in English (written and spoken). All work is done in English.

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma.

• Ability to explain the reasoning behind your solutions with research and/or design principles.

• Strong time-management and self-organization skills

• Experience with user research and data analytics is a plus.
